We had read that inspite of prebooking tickets, you need to stand in the queue to collect tickets before getting to the elevator. Fortunately they seem to have removed the hurdle. We showed our online tickets and stood in the elevator queue. Spent 15 min in the queue to go up. It wasn’t too crowded which was surprising for Jan. the views are amazing and as we were there after 8 pm, we could see the fountain show as well. Views and pictures are through the glass walls. There is a small opening at the lower end of these walls just above the floor. If adventurous, you can slip in your hand and take some good pics. 15 min wait yo come down the elevator.

All in all worth the price for one visit. Visit at night is more magical. I still feel Burj looks more amazing and imposing from the outside during daylight.
