Fun Aquarium

What a nice way to spend an hour or so touring through a unique space. The fish and ocean life are beautifully displayed and the overall feel is true to it's themed title. Great place.

Interesting experience

Spent a fun few hours at this aquarium. The variety of species on display is amazing. I also booked the fish tails tour, of which I was the only participant. The guide was very friendly and explained the different species of fish in each aquarium. He was very passionate about his work and so knowledgeable.
I also got to go behind the scenes and visit the fish hospital. It was so very interesting to learn about all the work that they do in conserving different species of fish. They also grow their own coral!. I was also shown how they prepare the food each day for the different fish.
The guide also went out of his way to shown me the top area of the large aquarium. It was great to see it from the two different perspectives!
I would recommend the fish tails tour to people if they would like to get a bit more insight to the workings of the aquarium.
A big thank you to lost chambers aquarium.

My trip to The Lost Chambers was not just an ordinary visit to an aquarium. Although a truly fascinating aquarium/resort I was there for a life changing moment. I chose to propose to my girlfriend in Dubai and upon researching many of the amazing places out there, The Lost Chambers spoke to me in so many ways that I simply could not resist. I have to start by saying the entire staff at The Lost Chambers are out right fascinating. From Maria to Benjamin and Mary who all showed extreme professionalism and made sure that this moment was truly a memorable one. I live in New York but they made it feel as if I was there with them every step of the way. I can honestly say this will forever be a moment I will look back on with instant Joy. Lets just say the team at the Lost Chambers made me feel at home and I am already counting down the days until we are back in Dubai.

Great all-round, high-quality aquarium

Such a great aquarium with its magical Atlantis theme all-around. I can never get enough of that huge central platform where you can see many types of fishes in one place. It’s beautiful. It is on the expensive side some might think. But compared to the other Dubai aquarium, this is amazing.

Great service, disappointing aquarium.

The service provider for the tickets was great, but the aquarium itself was a disappointment. It is not the place where you walk through the glass tunnel, as some websites may indicate. There is also an exhibit with three massive potato bass in a tiny tank. It was heart breaking to see! Another with 20 massive eels in a relatively small tank. Money was spared when considering the quality of life for these magnificent creatures. Dubai could do better!

Lots of people without masks

Impressive aquarium… the children loved it. However, the place isn‘t exactly covid compliant as there are lots of people on a narrow space. That would be ok if the people would be wearing their masks!! Unlike almost everywhere else we were in Dubai for some reason inside the aquarium but also outside in the mall lots of people were walking with their masks under their chins and noses and some took them off completely. There are plenty of guards - please tell them to enforce mask mandates.

Not as great as it sounds, Dubai Mall aquarium is far better.

Initially I was really excited about going to this aquarium. However, I was extremely disappointed with it. I was expe ting more tanks and the Ambassadors lagoon was average compared with the Dubai aquarium in the mall, which is much bigger. I have now been to both aquariums and I must say the Dubai Mall aquarium is far better. The decor in Atlantis is very impressive and the tank features are good too. Unfortunately the QR code for scanning the fish did not work effectively and kept showing message that fish cannot be found, even with super clear pictures of the fish.

Disappointing

Smallest aquarium ever. Over 3 hours stated on the adverts everywhere is a huge exaggeration. Every other aquarium we've been to have made a more lasting impression. Overall spend your money elsewhere.
