For full transparency, the company should use the actual photos of the transfer vehicles. Not the ones currently pictured on their profile. We were greeted nicely upon arrival, however the second driver for our departure parked across the street instead of pulling up to the front of the hotel even when I texted him asking him to pull up. He clearly saw that we had 4 pieces of luggage. He finally decided to come to the front of the hotel when concierge beckoned to him multiple times.
