The ship captain and the crew were very helpful , polite and supportive . The staff gave us information about each and every skyscraper . They also have good photography skills .

Yacht experience

It was our first ever yacht experience and we are happy that we experienced it in dubai. The yacht was neat and clean the guide served us some refreshments and the blue water of dubai city was very refreshing to watch. the trip was around dubai marina and atlantis. we just loved it .I hope we will do this again soon.

Great staff

We were a group of 6 people. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable , polite and calm . We played our own music and some great food was served as we pre ordered . We were allowed to jump off the yacht and also enjoyed swimming. Tall buildings and speedy boats were a treat to watch.

Great activity. The boat was nice and clean and the crew were amazing. We loved and enjoyed the cruising. We booked jetski ride as an add-ons. That made our trip more adventurous!

Worth the money

The captain and his deckhand was amazing. They decorated the boat for me for my birthday and had a birthday cake and the cake was delicious. It was only 3 of us but the boat could definitely accommodate a lot more. The boat was clean and spacious. They made sure to cruise by all the great photo op spots and even took pics of us. They were extremely kind, professional and sweet. When we come back we are going to book with them again.

The company contacted us in advance with timings and locations. The yacht was stunning. The captain was friendly and professional, his helper ensured we had cold drinks and took lots of photos for us. We went up as far as the Atlantis and then moved somewhere where we could have a little swim. They had a large speaker which we played our music through. We had such a fun time we didn’t want it to end! Only one issue which was no towels provided despite the confirmation saying we’d have them. Would highly recommend (but take your own towels!). There’s a shop called the Spinneys at the Marina where you can grab wraps, drinks, fruit etc if needed before or after the trip.

They were 15 minutes late...

They were 15 minutes late picking us up for the Yacht ride. Once on the yacht it was a beautiful and a nice ride. We were just cut short our time we paid for. Tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone the last time we called.
